CORTLANDT – State Police have arrested two Westchester County men following a lengthy assault investigation.
Following an altercation at the Lacuna Bar on Route 6 in the Town of Cortlandt on June 6, state police began an investigation into the assault of a man, who had been hospitalized with a serious head injury.
Troopers arrested Steven Rivera, 29, and Dujuan Harris, 24, both of Ossining. Both men were charged with felony gang assault and sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail each.
Police did not say what precipitated the attack. The victim was treated at Hudson Valley Medical Center.
