KINGSTON – Officials of the HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley will be before the Kingston Planning Board for a second time shortly to present their plans for a two-story addition to the Mary’s Avenue facility.
Once local approvals are secured on the 48,000 square foot facility,
the state must sign off on it, said Josh Ratner, HealthAlliance’s
director of strategic planning.
“We would be required to submit certificate of need to the state to make sure from the Department of Health planning perspective that everything is in order and approved before we go ahead and build that wing,” Ratner said.
The project is estimated to cost some $18 million once the state grants a certificate of need.
