WALLKILL – Catskill Regional Medical Center and Orange Regional Medical Center want to get feedback from residents of Orange and Sullivan counties about what they think of the health of the community.
Beginning in October, the hospitals are looking for area to complete an online community health assessment survey. The questions in the survey are designed to determine the key health issues in the community.  Everyone who takes the survey is eligible to win a $50 gift card.
The survey will ask for opinions about topics such as access to health care; exercise and physical activity habits; prevalence of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and stroke; alcohol and tobacco usage; cancer awareness; and healthy eating habits.
The online survey will take about 10 to 15 minutes. Holleran, a research firm located in Pennsylvania, will administer the online survey for both hospitals.
Sullivan County residents can access the survey at www.crmcny.org/CommunityHealthNeedsAssessment.
Orange County residents can access the survey at www.ormc.org/CommunityHealthNeedsAssessment.
