KIRYAS JOEL – Police are
investigating three incidents of BB shootings at resident of Kiryas Joel.
On Tuesday evening, a 60-year-old man was walking through the village
when he was shot at by persons in a car. The BB penetrated the man’s
skin, said village Public Safety Director Moses Witriol.
On Wednesday evening, a 65-year-old man walking through the village was
shot at and the BB hit his coat.
On Thursday, two female KJ residents were in a row boat in a pond on Lakes
Road in Monroe when they were shot at. They were not injured, said Witriol.
Late Thursday afternoon came word that a suspect was taken into cstody
in Chester.
