Newburgh PD investigates shots fired

NEWBURGH – City Police
are investigating shots fired in the area of 172 First Street. Individuals
called the police around 7:40 p.m. Monday to report that gunfire and then
another person called to report shots fired in the area of 264 First Street.

Police Chief Daniel Cameron said responding officers could not find a
victim, shell casings or projectile strikes.

Detectives are reviewing the reported incidents.
