WAPPINGER – An employee of the Stewarts Shop on Route 9D in the Town of Wappinger was arrested on charges that he skimmed over $12,000 from the store’s ATM over a period of time.
State Police charged David Marrine, 26, of Hyde Park, with falsifying business records and grand larceny, both as felonies. Marrine was arraigned and released under the supervision of Dutchess County Probation pending a future court appearance.
