TOWN OF ULSTER – A Kingston man was arrested following a serious assault in the Town of Ulster.
Police said the incident occurred at 6 p.m. on October 1 at the Wellington Apartments on Route 9W. Investigation revealed the victim was allegedly assaulted by Torrel Skinner, 32, around 4 p.m. The victim was transported by Mobile Life Support Services with serious injuries to HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus and later transferred to Albany Medical Center.
Skinner was charged with felony assault and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
