KINGSTON – A New Paltz man was arrested by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team following an investigation into drug sales.
Police secured a search warrant for James Giunta, 28, of New Paltz earlier this month for the felonies of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance stemming from a prior sale of morphine pills to an undercover police officer.
This week Giunta was arrested by New Paltz Police on an unrelated matter and later turned over the URGENT on the warrant. He was arraigned and released on $200 cash bail pending a future court appearance.
