PINE BUSH –
Eric Meier was eulogized on Tuesday as a loving husband, father and member
of the Crawford community.
The 51-year-old Crawford Police sergeant suffered a fatal heart attack
while on the job last Thursday, September 17.
An estimated 1,000 police officers, firefighters, public officials and
local residents paid their respects to the man who gave his all to the
community he loved.
Meier was also a member of the Pine Bush School Board.
Following funeral services, he was laid to rest in New Prospect Cemetery.
