TOWN OF WALLKILL – The long awaited tunnel road connecting the two major shopping centers on Route 211 in Wallkill will be dedicated on Friday, October 16.
The new connecting road will be dubbed Winning Way and link the Galleria at Crystal Run with the Orange Plaza.
The main purpose of the new road under Route 17 is to relieve traffic on Route 211.
The state picked up the entire tab for the project.
