Wurts Street Bridge in Kingston temporarily shut down

KINGSTON – The state Department of Transportation has hired engineers to conduct a general inspection of the suspension bridge from Wurts Street over the Rondout Creek in Kingston.
As a result, the bridge will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, September 28 through Friday, October 2.
Rain dates are scheduled for Monday, October 5 through Thursday, October 8.
