POUGHKEEPSIE – On the eve of the Labor Day weekend, the Dutchess Central Labor Council endorsed County Executive Marcus Molinaro for reelection.
The council is made up of 30,000 registered union members and their families and includes over three dozen labor bodies.
“When it comes to serving the people of Dutchess County, Marcus Molinaro has been on the right side of every major issue facing us,” said Labor Council President Ron Diaz. “In his tenure in office, he has held the line on taxes, stood up for our seniors, and has been an advocate for open and honest government.”
Republican Molinaro faces Democrat Diane Jablonski in November.
