KINGSTON – The Kingston Common Council approved a resolution Tuesday night seeking proposals to improve bicycle accessibility throughout town.
The RFP seeks to develop “a plan for a well-connected, safe and functional active transportation network.”
Aldermen Matt Dunn, Brian Seche, and Brad Will all said the issue has near-unanimous support in their respective wards.
“The discussion came up, we had three different studies for the city, to connect them all with the Greenline and safe routes,” said Alderwoman Deborah Brown.
