Highland woman killed in one-car crash

ESOPUS –
A 32-year-old Highland woman lost her life when her car ran off Route
9W in Esopus overnight.

State Police and the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office were called
to the scene at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a car crash.

The victim and sole occupant in the car was identified as Yvonne Lee of
Highland. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is continuing.
