POUGHKEEPSIE – A homeless 16-year-old boy has been arrested by Poughkeepsie Police and charged with felony criminal mischief. The suspect, who may be eligible for youthful offender status, was sent to the Dutchess County Jail.
City Police said the suspect allegedly threw rocks at a residence on South Hamilton Street, breaking several windows. After he was positively identified and taken into custody, police found him in possession of several items from an earlier vehicle break-in.
