Two home health aides charged with stealing from Alzheimer’s patient

MIDDLETOWN – State Police have arrested two home health aides on charges relating to thefts from an 88-year-old Alzheimer’s patient.
Raven Snipe, 23, of Middletown, was charged with two felony counts of forgery and our counts of petit larceny.
Amirah Reynolds, 22, of Poughkeepsie, was charged with one count of petit larceny.
The women were employed as home health aides at a residence in the Town of Blooming Grove.  Between January 18 and February 20 of this year, they allegedly stole $880 from the victim.
Home health aides deliver personal care and assist patients with their daily activities.
