MONTICELLO – A Monticello man is in the Sullivan County Jail without bail after his arrest on Tuesday, August 4 for allegedly burglarizing an occupied home.
Monticello Police charged Anthony Garrett, also known as “Q,” 31, with felony burglary and two counts of misdemeanor petit larceny for stealing an I-Pad and I-Phone 6.
Garrett broke into the residence at 2 a.m. on July 22. A resident was awakened and saw him stealing the items and called police. Garrett fled but was later caught.
