KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office arrested one of its “Top 10 Most Wanted” fugitives.
Mark Rich, 23, of Hurley, was taken into custody on Friday for the felonies of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance following an investigation by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team in late 2014.
Rich was located in the Bronx by members of the US Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. He is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
