MONTICELLO – A Monticello man was arrested for allegedly stealing over $15,000 in state unemployment benefits to which he was not entitled.
Ryan Donald, 32, was charged with the felonies of grand larceny and falsifying business records. The state Department of Labor and State Police allege that between October 2011 and July 2012, he falsified records to steal the money.
Donald was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.
