KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested on Monday after city police spotted him walking in the area of Greenkill Avenue and Wall Street.
Bruce Gilmore, Jr., 24, of Furnace Street, was wanted on an indictment warrant issued by Ulster County Court. He was arrested without incident and was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and marijuana.
Gilmore was charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
