VILLAGE OF RHINEBECK – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office investigated the death of a Clinton Corners man, who was killed on Livingston Street in the Village of Rhinebeck at about 3:50 p.m. on Monday.
Authorities said Dylan Feller, 20, appeared to be clinging to a vehicle as it was traveling on Livingston Street. At some point he fell from the vehicle and was then struck by it. The vehicle then left the scene and the investigation is continuing.
Feller was transported to Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck where he was pronounced dead.
