WHITE PLAINS – An Eastchester man pled guilty in Westchester County Court on Monday to promoting and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, both felonies.
During their investigation of Michael Eisenberg, 29, police discovered over 7,000 images on 17 thumb drives, two laptops, three external hard drives and his cell phone.
On February 4, 2015, investigators from the District Attorney’s Office received a cyber tip report from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. They traced the computer’s IP address to a location in Westchester where images of child pornography had been downloaded.
Eight days later, investigators executed a search warrant on Eisenberg’s apartment where the illicit images were discovered.
Eisenberg, who remains in jail, faces up to seven years in state prison when sentenced in September.
