GOSHEN – A New York City man was arrested at the Orange County Jail on May 29 when he came to the Goshen facility to visit an inmate incarcerated there.
Jose Castro of New York City, was wanted on a felony arrest warrant for conspiracy issued by the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. Castro was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
