GOSHEN – An alert Orange County Sheriff’s officer noticed something odd about the way a couple was kissing in the visitation room at the county jail in Goshen on June 5.
An officer caught inmate William Falcone receiving a small packet of heroin and tobacco from Terri-Lee Wykretowicz during a mouth-to-mouth kiss. When the officer questioned Falcone, he tried to conceal the item then dropped it on the floor.
Both Falcone and Wykretowicz were arrested and charged with promoting prison contraband as a felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Falcone was sent back to jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. Wykretowicz was jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash or $7,500 bail.
