KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston are investigating the shooting of a 17-year-old youth Wednesday afternoon.
The victim was struck once in the upper torso in the area of 82 Spring
Street. He was treated by Kingston Fire Department personnel and Mobile
Life Support Services at the scene and transported to the Broadway campus
of the HealthAlliance. He was later moved to Albany Medical Center.
An investigation into the shooting is being conducted with the assistance of the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office and State Police.
