STONY POINT – A Stony Point teen is under arrest after he was charged with two felony and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Stony Point Police arrested Dalton McGuiness following a traffic stop where he was found in possession of 37 glassine envelopes of heroin. He was sent to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
