Three charged with possessing forged utility bills

CHESTER – Three Bronx men have been arrested by State Police from the Monroe barracks on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Afua Bediako, 23, Nana Dankwa, 24, and Asante Effa, 21, are in the Orange County Jail without bail pending further court appearances.
Troopers said all three were found to be in possession of fraudulent utility bills from regional power companies. The bills contained fake account numbers and were being used to pick up merchandise at a regional distribution center in Chester.
