Sullivan man charged with using engineer’s credentials

MONTICELLO – A Mountaindale is accused of using the credentials of a local engineer to certify building plans for several individuals in Sullivan County.
State Police charged William Sattler, 55, with felony grand larceny. 
He allegedly produced building plans for a price and then used the certified engineer’s seal without permission. The crimes are alleged to have occurred between April 2013 and December 2014.
