WURTSBORO – State Police charged a Rock Hill man with breaking into two homes, one on several occasions.
Robert Pezzella, 40, was charged with six counts of burglary and four counts of criminal possession of stolen property, and one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.  He was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.
The arrest is the result of a Rock Hill resident reporting that his home had been broken into and that several personal items were taken. The investigation led to the arrest of Pezzella, who broke into two separate homes in the Rock Hill area, one several times. Each time, he stole property, some of which was recovered.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
