TARRYTOWN – A part-time toll collector at the Tarrytown toll barrier of the Thruway was arrested on charges that he altered toll tickets and stole $1,783 by doing so.
State Police charged Morris Fraser, 53, of the Bronx with grand larceny and falsifying business records. During the investigation, troopers discovered that Fraser had taken the missing funds over two days in March and April and then forged a paper ledger report.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Tarrytown Court.
