KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested by city police on charges of sexual misconduct and resisting arrest.
Carlos Calixto of Grand Street was arrested on Saturday afternoon, May 30 after officers spotted him in the area of Kingston Point Beach.
Calixto was wanted on an active bench warrant for sexual misconduct. When advised that he was under arrest, he attempted to flee, but was apprehended after a brief foot chase. As a result, he was also charged with resisting arrest.
