PLATTEKILL – State Police have arrested
three teenage boys on felony burglary charges in connection with a residential
burglary in the Town of Plattekill.
Terrell Witherspoon of Clintondale and Albertino Nogueira of Highland,
both 17, and a 15-year-old boy from Highland, were arrested following
an investigation by State Police BCI at the Highland barracks.
On May 18, the three are alleged to have entered the residence through
an unlocked window and removed personal property and money.
Witherspoon was remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash
bail or $100,000 bond. Nogueira was remanded without bail as he is already
incarcerated on an unrelated charge. The juvenile was issued a family
court ticket and was set to appear before the Ulster County Probation
Department.
