Police make drug arrests at Mysteryland Music Festival

BETHEL – State Police on Friday arrested
several people on Friday as the Mysteryland Music Festival at Bethel Woods
began.

Several felony drug arrests were made of people attending the show. Drugs
included cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, ecstasy and marijuana.

The drugs were confiscated at various checkpoints and during stops of
vehicles traveling to the event.

State Police encourage those with plans to attend the show this weekend
to refrain from bringing illegal substances as enforcement efforts will
be enhanced.
