Middletown woman charged with forging, stealing prescriptions

MIDDLETOWN – A Middletown woman is charged with stealing blank
prescription forms from a Town of Wallkill doctor’s office and using
them to obtain Oxycontin, a prescription pain-killer, from a local pharmacy.
Donna Bochman, 43, was arrested after a State Police investigation and
charged with four counts each of forgery and petit larceny. 
She was released on her own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
