VALHALLA – Area residents are invited
to attend weekend fundraisers for Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital
at Westchester Medical Center.
The five events, sponsored by Rite Aid Pharmacy, are taking place today
and tomorrow – Saturday and Sunday.
A hole-in-one golf tournament will be held at New Paltz Golf Course Saturday
morning.
“Drumming-Up Support” for the hospital, a benefit concert,
will be held from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at Brian’s Backyard
BBQ in Middletown.
On Sunday, Kicking for Kids kickboxing class will be held at New York
Sports Club in Carmel beginning at 8:45 a.m.
Not Just a Walk in the Park, a walk on the Walkway Over the Hudson, will
be held beginning at 11 a.m. on Sunday. And A Perfect Game, community
bowling, will be held at 5 p.m. at Quinnz Pinz Bowling in Middletown.
