Poughkeepsie armed robbery suspect arrested in Pennsylvania

TOBYHANNA TWP PA– A man, wanted for armed robbery and burglary in New York State, was arrested in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. 
Police responded to a report of loud music coming from a vehicle in a residential area.  On arriving, police found Malik Jackson, 36, of Tobyhanna.  A check revealed an active arrest warrant for Jackson from Poughkeepsie, NY, for two counts of robbery and one count of burglary.  Both crimes allegedly involved a weapon.
Jackson was placed in the Monroe County Correctional Facility pending arraignment as a fugitive from justice.
