Two arrested in Port Jervis for narcotics-related offenses

PORT JERVIS – Two people were arrested
on Friday in Port Jervis on drug charges following a police surveillance
operation.

Port Jervis detectives charges Michael Banks, 36, of Binghamton with criminal
sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession with intent to
sell, both as felonies. Sabrena Potter, 25, of Port Jervis, was charged
with felony conspiracy.

Potter was released pending a future court appearance while Banks was
remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
