GOSHEN – Orange County Executive Steven
Neuhaus Thursday ordered flags at all county buildings to be flown at
half-staff in memory of Tonny Teskera, 38, of Warwick, a senior groundskeeper
who was killed in a tree-clearing accident at Hickory Hill Golf Course
in the Warwick.

Teskera, who worked for the county since May 2002, died following the
accident on April 1.

“Tonny will be remembered as a valued employee and a member of our
Orange County family,” Neuhaus said.

The State Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
