WOODBURY – An Albany man was remanded to the Orange County Jail
on bail following his arrest late Sunday afternoon for drug possession
while driving on the Thruway.
State Police stopped Jeremy Bowers, 29, on the Thruway in Woodbury and
was found in possession of more than 25 grams of cocaine and a small quantity
of marijuana.
He was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance
and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Bowers was committed to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $4,500 bail.
