KINGSTON – The Ulster County Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team and Lloyd Town Police arrested a Colorado man currently attending school in the Poughkeepsie area for allegedly selling hallucinogenic mushrooms.
Ross Derby, 23, was charged with the felonies of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon near the intersection of Route 9W and Haviland Road in the Town of Lloyd, arraigned and sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
