NEW PALTZ – A traffic stop on Main Street in the Town of New Paltz on Tuesday resulted in the arrests of three Burlington, Vermont men on drug possession charges.
State Police charged Drew Peterson, 25, with felony and misdemeanor possession of drugs for possessing MDMA and hash oil.
Bryan Parks, 26, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession of unlawful possession of marijuana.
Evan Richards, 22, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Richards was released on an appearance ticket. Peterson and Parks were committed to the Ulster County Jail. Bail was set at $1,000 for Parks and $2,500 for Peterson.
