Golden Hill names new administrator

KINGSTON – Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kingston has named a new administrator for the 280-bed skilled nursing home.
Steven Rossi of Middletown has over 15 years of experience as a licensed administrator in long-term care and most recently served as administrator at Hillside Manor Rehabilitation and Extended Care Center in Jamaica Estates, NY.
Rossi replaces Jacqueline Sylvia, who has taken a position as chief operating office of VestraCare, Golden Hill’s parent company.
Golden Hill was sold by the County of Ulster to VestraCare some two years ago.
