GARDINER – A Gardiner man is charged with felony rape for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl. Juan Rolon, Jr., 22, was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
State Police began an investigation on September 21, 2014 into the alleged incident. They determined the 15-year-old girl was at a small party with some of her friends and some boys she had met for the first time. The girl had sex with Rolon and later found out he was much older than she thought he was.
He was arrested on March 10 by State Police assigned to the Ellenville barracks.
