Carter
KINGSTON – A man who was convicted of selling drugs while on parole
for a previous drug conviction was sentenced in Ulster County Court on
Thursday to seven years in state prison. This makes Rondu Carter’s
fourth felony drug conviction.
Carter, 38, of Kingston, was also sentenced to three years of parole after
his prison term.
Carter was arrested on this latest charge in June 2014 following an investigation
by the Kingston City Police Special Investigations Unit.
