Kingston man arrested after selling suspected coke near school

KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested a local man after he was observed selling suspected cocaine in the area of a school.
Luther Demonia, 39, of Springbrook Village Apartments was arrested on February 28 at the residence in which he lives with his brother, Antonio Demonia.  On January 15 police arrested Antonio Demonia on drug sales charges.  On both dates, police executed search warrants to gather information.
Luther Demonia was charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance as felonies, and loitering.
