LIBERTY – State Police arrested a Wurtsboro man after investigating a report that he had sexual contact with a victim who was under the age of 17. The case was investigated by State Police members assigned to the Sullivan County Family Violence Response Team.
Zachary Doolittle, 24, was charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, both as misdemeanors. He was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.
