Livingston Manor man arrested for DWI twice in one night

LIVINGSTON MANOR – A Livingston Manor man is in the Sullivan County Jail after being arrested twice in one night for driving while intoxicated.
State Police from the Roscoe barracks found Paul Decker lying in the middle of a street in Livingston Manor on Wednesday night after he fell out of his car in a highly intoxicated state. He refused medical treatment, was arrested for DWI and released to his mother.
Less than an hour after being released by the court, troopers observed him driving in Livingston Manor. He was stopped by the same troopers and arrested again for DWI.
This time, police took him to the county jail.
