FALLSBURG – Town of Fallsburg Police arrested a Highland man on a felony charge of sexual abuse for allegedly having sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl.
Police allege Rahsaan Perry, 34, abused the child on Thanksgiving 2014 at a residence in Woodridge.
Perry was arraigned and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail on this charge. He is being held in that facility for similar charges in Poughkeepsie.
