MONOE – State Police at Monroe arrested a Greenwood Lake man on a felony charge of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Information was obtained by the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit that child pornography was being downloaded to an IP address belonging to Robert Turner, 59, of Greenwood Lake. A search warrant, obtained for his residence, was executed Tuesday morning and police seized several downloaded files containing child pornography.
Turner was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
