KINGSTON – An Esopus man was remanded
to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail following an altercation early
Monday morning.
The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office said at 2 a.m., Aaron Eaton,
25, of New Salem Road in Esopus was engaged in a physical altercation
with another man, who he struck in the face, breaking his nose.
The victim was transported to Kingston Hospital via Mobile Life Support
Services ambulance where he was treated.
Eaton was arraigned and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $10,000
cash or $20,000 bond.
